MEET OUR CEO
Erin Eberhard
Erin Eberhard is Kids In The Middle’s Chief Executive Officer as of 2023. She holds a B.S in Recreation Therapy from the University of Missouri.
Erin spent over 20 years contributing to the success of Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, where she assisted in growing revenue while responsible for the Girl Scout Cookie Program. In addition, she motivated a team of over 35 employees to surpass set membership goals by celebrating successes and maintaining a commitment to continual coaching and leadership. Most recently, Eberhard served as the Executive Director of Promise Community Homes, where she strengthened and strategically grew the organization to meet the increasing need for accessible and affordable housing for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She oversaw the daily operations of home improvements, reduced cash spending, increased grant support, and developed a 3-year strategic plan.
Erin states, “I am incredibly humbled and honored to be offered the opportunity to serve as the next CEO for Kids In The Middle.” “It is a full-circle moment for me as I know first-hand the difference they make for families experiencing the trauma of divorce or separation,” Eberhard continues. “I look forward to the opportunity to work every day to make sure Kids In The Middle remains available to those who need us.”
