Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant aT the KITM St. Charles Office

We are looking for the right person who is interested in working part time, 10 - 15 hours per week in our St. Charles office. Hours include two evenings per week, occasional Saturday mornings, filling in for other staff during vacations.

This job involves meeting and greeting clients, collecting fees, and keeping the office running smoothly to create a warm and welcoming environment for the families who visit with us.

The successful applicant will be personable, have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office software and be willing to learn how to do data entry.

Internships

Kids In The Middle® is pleased to offer internships for graduate students in licensed, accredited Social Work and Counseling Masters programs. Training, supervision and experience is provided for students interested in working with children and parents in children's therapy groups, family sessions, assessments, school groups, parent groups and more.

Students interested in applying for an internship are asked to complete an Internship Application. Click Here for a Word version of the Internship Application.

Applicants are then screened by the Internship Program Supervisor who will arrange an interview to determine the applicant’s suitability for an internship.  Applicants may be asked to come back for subsequent interviews with agency staff.
