Positions Currently Available:Licensed Therapists : Full Time[Note: Please do not apply unless you have a valid Missouri License]2 Licensed Therapist Positions:Education Requirements: Masters degree in clinical social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or a related counseling specialty and equivalent degree. Licensure Requirements: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist or equivalent. (Provisional license is not sufficient.) Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience providing group therapy for children, individual therapy for children or parents, and family therapy. Experience with divorce/separation/remarriage a plus. Hours: Must be able to work some evenings. Location: Kirkwood and/or St. Charles. Responsibilities include: Comprehensive assessments; group and individual therapy for children and/or parents, co-parenting therapy, and family therapy. InternshipsKids In the Middle® is pleased to offer internships for graduate students in licensed, accredited Social Work and Counseling Masters programs. Training, supervision and experience is provided for students interested in working with children and parents in children's therapy groups, family sessions, assessments, school groups, parent groups and more. Click on the link below for more information on internship opportunities at Kids In the Middle. Students interested in applying for an internship are asked to complete an Internship Application, and submit this along with a resume. Applicants are then screened by the Internship Program Supervisor who will arrange an interview to determine the applicant’s suitability for an internship. Applicants may be asked to come back for subsequent interviews with agency staff.
