And now, for the best part. . . . . .How Do You Spell Tax Relief? Y-O-PKids In The Middle has been awarded $200,454 in tax credits by the Missouri Youth Opportunities Program (YOP) for donations made in 2010 through 2011. What does this mean? It means that when you make a donation to Kids In The Middle, you get 50% of the donation amount off your Missouri state taxes. Plus, you still get your state and federal income tax deductions! That’s real tax relief!! Here’s an example of how a $1,000 donation may cost you only $300.* Based upon a 28% federal tax bracket: Donate $1,000 to KITM $ 1,000 $200 would really cost only $60.* $5,000 would really cost only $1,500.* *These are approximations. Ask your tax preparer to advise you. It’s easy to do. Here’s how.
Who really benefits from YOP tax credits? Kids! Use the Missouri Youth Opportunity Program tax credits and donate more for less. That’s how we spell tax relief!
