Who We Are . . .
Kids In the Middle® is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization that provides counseling, education and support for kids and families when parents decide to separate and divorce.
What we do . . .
We help kids talk about what "bugs" them about divorce. We help them cope with their fears, anxiety, depression and anger. We also teach parents how to help their children through these difficult changes in the family. We help parents settle themselves emotionally so they can "be there" for their kids. Most importantly, we help parents communicate with each other without conflict to provide their kids with safe, loving homes.
Where We Do It . . .
Kids In the Middle provides services at our St. Louis (Kirkwood) Missouri office, at almost 20 schools in the City of St. Louis, and at the Juvenile Court Building in the City of St. Louis. [See below for breaking news about our new St. Charles office!]
